About Pain-to-Wellness Support Centre
Being a supporting centre for the medical field. None of the work done at the P2WS Centre is to replace medical or psychiatric advice neither any form of medical treatment. The centre stands firmly under the umbrella of being complementary and not alternative.
The centre wants to work hand-in-hand with your medical provider and psychologist.
Body Stress Release (BSR)
Releasing stored tension/stress from the body with the BSR technique will enhance the communication flow of your nervous system.
This will help to advance the natural self-healing process, helping the body to cope better with your daily challenges and feel more relaxed, physically and emotionally.
Tension/Trauma Release Exercises (TRE)
We, as humans, naturally have the same method of releasing trauma as mammals. Both of us have a “shaking” experience after experiencing trauma.
Release trauma patterns might lead to experiencing emotional releave, physical pain subsiding and even have an impact on how you handle stressfull situations.
Emmett Technique
The technique is referred to as "the first aid" technique when it comes to pains and aches, but Ross Emmett himself refers to it as the "chameleon approach therapy", adapting to the client's needs.
Ross brings a new fresh outlook and experience on how the body responds to a light touch (time and pressure specific) or a move called a "switch" on specific key points of the body.
About Me
I got introduced to the fascinating world of complementary health in 2015 by my mother, who started practising BSR in Kimberley.
I used to struggle with an old shoulder injury (due to rugby) and have experienced many bumps and bruises because of doing a variety of physical work for some time. Pain in my body was something I was so used to; at times, the sensations were bearable, but at other times, pain medication was part of my daily diet.

Testimonials
"BSR with Werner was an eye-opener. This method works! Myself, my family and my employees have had significant improvement of various conditions, injuries and ailments. I found that periodic visits for BSR work best to keep me healthy, yet when getting a sprain or a pain, I go see Werner straight away."
Chris
Business Owner, BFN
"Because of regular treatment from Werner, I can now play golf without pain. I would recommend him to everybody who is living with pain."
Jan Annandale
"To prevent further surgery, I require BSR on a monthly basis to release painful muscle spasms."
Elainn Beylefeld
Registered nurse
"BSR was a lifesaver for me in 2020 after a pinched nerve in my neck. For me, regular treatment is the solution to chronic muscle spasms. It is a non-invasive treatment that produces good results.
Regular BSR treatment is, therefore, a must for me with chronic muscle spasms."
